What is soft washing?
Not everything should be pressure washed. Siding, stucco, and roofs can be ruined by high pressure — water forced behind vinyl, stucco pitted, or shingles blasted of their granules. Soft washing is the opposite approach: a low-pressure application of cleaning solution that kills the algae and moss at the root, then a gentle rinse.
The result lasts longer, too. Pressure washing removes what's on top; soft washing kills what's growing, so the green takes much longer to come back. It's the right tool for anything that's alive on your home.
